Simply engage with us to assist you with selling your home – either an integrated or full home staging service. Accepting our proposal and locking in your staging install date means you are able to opt in for payment on settlement for your payment terms.
What we need from you
Before your staging install occurs, we require in writing, your approval to proceed and your chosen method of payment. At this point we also need to have on file, your solicitors name, email address, and phone number. We need these details for once you are sold.
T & C’s
Once you have successfully sold, we will send your solicitor our service fee invoice for them to process on the day settlement is due to occur. Our only catch is, if you don’t sell and remove the property from market, our invoice is due and payable immediately.
