With qualifications in interior design and years of experience across the home staging, building and design industries, Sarah has an instinct for creating spaces that don’t just look beautiful—they feel inviting, purposeful and memorable.
As Creative Director, Sarah leads every project with a hands-on approach, ensuring every home reflects the high standards, creativity and attention to detail that Plush Home has become known for.
When she’s not obsessing over the newest armchair to arrive at the warehouse (or shopping for another one!), you’ll find her organising the team, dreaming up new ideas, and chasing after her three kids—who know the warehouse is the perfect place for a game of hide and seek.
Saskia
The Client Connector
The friendly face behind Plush Home who believes every great experience starts with a great conversation.
With a background in property management and home staging, Saskia has a natural ability to build genuine relationships and make every client feel supported from the very first consultation. Calm, caring and organised, she’s the reassuring presence guiding clients through every step of the journey.
Whether she’s keeping the team motivated or supporting the day-to-day running of the business, Saskia brings a calm, positive energy that makes everyone feel supported.
Outside of Plush Home, Saskia loves spending time with her family, taking long walks with her fur child, and unwinding with Sunday afternoon wine and nibbles by the beach.
Nicholas
The Finishing Touch
The quiet achiever behind Plush Home and the one making sure every detail is just right.
As our longest-standing team member, Nicholas knows the ins and outs of every install like the back of his hand. From preparing furniture for the styling team and building beds, to cleaning, quality checking and adding in those final finishing touches, he takes pride in making sure every home is presentation perfect.
Reliable, hardworking and happy to lend a hand, Nicholas is an integral part of every project and someone the team can always count on.
When he’s not helping transform homes, you’ll usually find him gaming, spending time with his two cats, or enjoying a well-earned break before doing it all again tomorrow.
Mateo
The Problem Solver
The positive energy behind Plush Home and the guy who’s always up for a challenge (with his daily mate 🧉 never too far away).
Mateo is a natural-born problem solver with a “nothing’s too hard” attitude. Whether he’s carefully handling furniture, helping transform homes or finding a solution when the unexpected pops up, he’s always willing to roll up his sleeves and get the job done.
His calm nature, strong work ethic and infectious positivity make him a valued member of the team—and someone clients instantly feel comfortable having in their home.
When he’s not helping create beautiful spaces, you’ll find him repairing computers through his own business, or clocking up the kilometres at Run for Resilience every Wednesday evening.
Kiera
The Styling Expert
Our bubbly go-getter who brings energy, enthusiasm and a smile to every install.
With a background in graphic design and a genuine passion for interiors, Kiera has a creative eye and loves transforming homes into spaces buyers connect with. She’s always looking to grow, refine her craft and deliver beautiful finishes that leave a lasting impression.
Whether she’s steaming the final cushion, lifting furniture without hesitation or adding those all-important final touches, Kiera isn’t afraid to roll up her sleeves to get the job done—and get it done well.
When she’s not creating beautiful spaces, you’ll most likely find her at the beach with her dog, baking up a storm, or planning her next overseas adventure.
Vlad
The Driving Force
The practical thinker behind Plush Home and the one who’ll always find a way.
Vlad brings a calm, hands-on approach to every project. He has a knack for solving problems, thinking on his feet and making even the biggest installs look effortless.
Always looking for a better way of doing things, Vlad is passionate about creating a seamless experience for every client. Whether he’s behind the wheel of the truck, leading an install or fine-tuning our processes, he takes pride in making sure every detail is just right.
When he’s not somehow lifting something the rest of us thought was impossible, you’ll usually find him with a fishing rod in hand, experimenting in the kitchen, or deep down an AI rabbit hole looking for the next way to make life—and business—better.
